Thermo-opto-mechanical properties of GeSn micro-disks: a comprehensive analysis
Combining finite element method calculations, Photoluminescence spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction microscopy, we provide a detailed analysis of the interplay between mechanical, optical and thermal properties of Germanium-tin microdisks with Sn concentration between 8.5 and 14 at.%., promising structures for CMOS-compatible lasing.
