Miniaturized Photothermal Spectroscopy based On Silicon Nitride Photonic Integrated Circuits And Lensed Fiber Array
We developed an on-chip Photothermal Spectroscopy (PTS) method for gas detection using a Si<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">3</inf>N<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">4</inf>-based MRR transducer and SU8 waveguide for excitation. Gas molecules excited by a 1395 nm diode laser, matching the H<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf>O absorption line, were detected by the MRR with a lensed fiber array.
