Study of air Conditioning System for Short-Haul Aircraft with Distributed Propulsion System
The development of an advanced passenger aircraft with a distributed propulsion system (DPS) is an urgent task in terms of increasing the thrust of the propulsion system of such an aircraft. An aircraft with a DPS also requires the creation of an energy-efficient ACS. The purpose of this paper is to propose an energy-efficient ACS scheme for an aircraft with a DPS. To achieve this goal, a thermal-humidity analysis of the ACS was carried out in two flight modes - nonflight and altitude, and two ACS schemes were analyzed-the studied and the traditional, the most common at the present time. A comparison of these schemes was carried out, processes in the T-S diagram were built, efficiency indicators were obtained for both schemes.
