An Integrated Energy Planning Simulation Method Considering the Peak and Valley Regulation Effects of the Storage
The stable operation of the new power system with the high proportions of new energy and electronic device has been greatly challenged in recent years. In this context, rational planning and configuration of the system plays an important role in promoting the synergistic development of source-grid-load-storage and ultimately guaranteeing the safe operation of the system. Hourly production and operation simulation is a necessary method for system planning simulation. On the basis of the balance between supply and demand, taking into account the actual operating characteristics of various sources and the regulation effect of pumping and storage units, this paper proposes a combinatorial algorithm for the production and operation simulation of an integrated energy system with the goal of minimizing the operating cost of the system. First of all, the composition of the integrated energy system is clarified and the regulation effect of the pumping and storage units are analyzed. Besides, the model of the production and operation simulation is established by proposing the objective function and operating constraints. On this basis, a combined production operation simulation method based on empirical and heuristic algorithms is proposed, in which the initial solution is obtained by calling process of different sources based on experience, and the final result is further optimized by Gurobi. Finally, an example is used to verify the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper.
