Analysing Crisis Response Strategies Using the Cyclic Causality Diagram

This research paper uses an incident at a Philips plant as a case study to analyse the differences in companies' strategies for responding to crisis situations. The article shows how these differences affect the consequences for the business, in particular for production processes and customer relations. The focus of the research is on the importance of adequate situation assessment and the need to adapt quickly to changing conditions in order to minimise negative consequences.
