Consideration of the Voltage Regulating Capacity of Transformers When Optimizing Sectionalization in the Distribution Network

The current intellectualization of distribution networks is based on the introduction of digital metering devices, such as electricity meters and automation devices, active-adaptive sectionalization, and voltage regulation elements. Special attention is paid to the monitoring of electricity consumption and indicators of its quality, the most important of which is voltage deviation. In this article, based on the analysis of load modes, the regulation ability of network transformers in repair and post-emergency modes is evaluated to ensure normal voltage levels in load nodes and points of power supply. As additional elements, load regulation devices for 10/0.4 kV distribution transformers and automatic voltage regulation points are considered.
