The Monitoring Layout Method for Distributed Photovoltaic Resources Based on Multivariate Feature Clustering
Gaps remain in the regional monitoring of distributed photovoltaic (PV) generation resources, with no widely - accepted monitoring plan currently in place. Existing monitoring locations, predominantly founded on past experience and equidistant point distribution, overlook regional spacing and the economic cost of monitoring. An optimized monitoring scheme put forward in this paper, which combines clustering features and optimal location search, takes into account the distribution characteristics of photovoltaic power generation and the consistency of local meteorological resources while averting redundant monitoring, thereby being able to ensure comprehensive data coverage, high representativeness of the selected points, and optimal economic benefits.
