Operation Evaluation of the Green Electricity - Carbon - Green Certificate Market Based on Combined Weight method and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

This paper presents a method for evaluating the operational efficiency of the green electricity, carbon, and green certificate markets, combining the ordinal relationship method, entropy weight method, game theory, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. It first establishes a comprehensive assessment index system for these markets, determining both subjective and objective weights using the ordinal relationship and entropy methods. Next, game theory is applied to derive combination weights, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is employed to assess the operational performance. A case study verifies the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed method, with results indicating that the green electricity market shows strong competition and management efficiency, the carbon market features a stable structure with consistent pricing, and the green certificate market has a solid foundation and growth potential. This research offers a novel approach to assessing the operation of these interrelated markets, supporting their healthy development and contributing to the energy transition and achievement of the “dual carbon” goals.
