Transmission tower icing prediction model based on random forest
The icing of transmission lines will cause serious accidents such as broken lines and tower collapse, which will affect the safe operation of the power grid. It is necessary to predict the icing thickness of transmission towers in order to warn in advance. In this paper, the correlation between the icing phenomenon of the transmission tower and the stress of the component is analyzed by finite element analysis. It is proposed to use the component stress and meteorological data as the characteristic quantities to establish a prediction model of the icing of the transmission tower based on random forest. Finally, through comparative verification and analysis, the icing thickness prediction method proposed in this paper can accurately predict the icing thickness of transmission towers and provide theoretical guidance for the safety of transmission towers.
