Simulation Modeling of a Hybrid Energy System Integrated with Electric Vehicle
Recent advancements in electrical power grids have seen a significant integration of renewable energy sources (RESs) and a growing emphasis on leveraging electric vehicle (EV) batteries. In this article, the HRES of wind and solar PV are integrated with electric vehicles (EVs) for battery charging. With the help of HRES and Bidirectional Converter, the battery can be charged. The integration of HRES (Wind and Solar Energy System) and electric vehicle power stations brings several advantages and provides a cost-effective way. This paper discusses the Comprehensive simulation of an HRES-powered EV charging station integrated with solar panels and wind turbines using MATLAB. By using PID and FOPID controller voltage, Current and power of HRES are presented. The SOC of the battery is carried out in MATLAB by using PID and FOPID controller. The solar Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) is ensured by Solar PV-FOPID and the wind MPPT is ensured by WT-FOPID.
