Motor Drive Fault Detection and Control System for Industrial Robots

The main focus of this project is to develop a MATLAB Simulink model for fault detection in motor drives controlling system in industrial sector that provides dynamic support to machines, helps to improve efficiency and enhance productivity. This model is a non-invasive and ergonomic framework which integrates real-time monitoring. This model is designed to enhance the faults detection in time intervals so it will be helpful for the persons to rectify it. By using the method, the industries can enhance their production and the motors can also be protected from getting damaged up to 40% of faults can be reduced based on the temperature and more than 60% of the faults can be observed through the vibration levels.
