Design of Scientific Calculator using Arduino

In the era of digital technology, the integration of computational tools into education and professional practices has become essential. This project serves as a practical tool for students and professionals and also offers an engaging platform for learning and experimenting with embedded systems and programming. This paper presents the design and implementation of an Arduino-based scientific calculator, leveraging the capabilities of the Arduino Mega 2560. Generally, scientific calculators are built with microcontrollers that handle basic arithmetic operations. However, when additional mathematical functions are required, it leads to increased processing time and higher computational complexity. This paper covers a broad range of mathematical operations, including arithmetic, trigonometric functions, matrix calculations, numerical methods for calculus, and statistical computations for data analysis. By designing scientific calculator exemplifies the potential of Arduino in creating versatile educational tools that foster a deeper understanding of mathematical concepts. This paper aims to offer various mathematical operations, such as integration and modular expansion, allowing for easier execution and reduced time consumption. This calculator is designed to be user-friendly, efficient, and versatile, providing an affordable and customizable solution for educational and practical applications in mathematics and engineering.
