Efficient Smart Vehicle for Crippled Person by using Standalone Photovoltaic System
The development of a solar-powered wheelchair integrated with health monitoring and communication features aims to enhance the mobility and safety of users. This innovative system utilizes a Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) controller to efficiently harness solar energy, ensuring sustainable and eco-friendly wheelchair operation.MPPT system optimizes the charging of the battery, enabling uninterrupted use. Additionally, the wheelchair is equipped with a Blood Pressure (BP) sensor to continuously monitor the user's health status, providing real-time insights into vital parameters. These health metrics are transmitted to a remote platform using GSM and IoT technologies, The system is designed to ensure user safety, as it automatically triggers emergency alerts to pre-configured contacts in the event of abnormal blood pressure readings or critical health situations. This feature ensures prompt assistance and intervention, providing peace of mind to both the user and their caregivers. The integration of solar power, health monitoring, and communication technologies makes this wheelchair a sustainable, reliable, and proactive solution to support the mobility and well-being of individuals, particularly those with chronic health conditions or limited access to immediate medical care.
