Novel Cathode and Anode Materials for Energy Storage
Energy storage systems are crucial for developing new technologies, but existing battery materials do not have the energy density, durability, or efficiencies required. This study was focused on developing new materials for the cathodes and the anodes to optimize energy storage capabilities. We assessed the synthesis and characterization of new materials to improve the electrochemical characteristics, mainly energy density, charge-discharge cycles, and stability. We used advanced characterization techniques like X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), and Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) to evaluate their structural characteristics, morphology, and conductivity. The results show significant improvement in energy density, cycling stability, and charge-discharge efficiency, suggesting potential high-performance and long-lasting energy storage devices. This research presents a contribution to material science for next-generation batteries, and we identify the potential for new advanced materials for enhancing energy storage performance across multiple applications, advancing the development of sustainable and more efficient energy storage systems.
