A List of the Books of the Old and New Testament with Stichometrical Annotations (Oxford, Bodleian Library, MS. Gr. th. g. 7 [P])
Abstract This article presents an edition of a small papyrus fragment from the Bodleian Library, Oxford, containing part of a list of the books of the Old and New Testament with stichometrical annotations. The papyrus dates to the fourth or fifth century ce, and its importance lies in the fact that it is the oldest surviving stichometric list of biblical books which is written in Greek. The information that the papyrus provides can be compared with other similar lists written in Latin and Greek.
