DEVELOPMENT OF RUSSIAN AGRICULTURAL EXPORTS IN MODERN CONDITIONS
The financial and economic activities of agricultural producers largely depend on the results of work in foreign markets. In this regard, the strengthening and expansion of the presence of Russian producers in foreign markets, despite political and economic barriers, is of particular relevance and importance, as well as the development of cooperation within the framework of interstate relations with friendly countries and integration unions. The development of agricultural exports in Russia is being implemented within the framework of the federal project "Export of agricultural products". Over the period of the project, the volume of exported agricultural and food products should be increased to 45 billion US dollars. A comparison of absolute indicators of the volume of exports and imports of food and a comparison of their growth rates shows that if at the beginning of the period of the Agro-industrial Complex Export project, exports were significantly inferior to imports in terms of volume, the opposite trend is currently being observed. From the perspective of government export promotion and budget support, in our opinion, it is more important to assess the potential of industries and market participants themselves. The proposed mechanism for comparative assessment of the export component of agricultural industries can be used as an independent model, or as an integral part of a complex model with a certain weight.
