FORMATION AND FUNCTIONING OF PEASANT FARMS (FARMING) FARMS: REALITIES AND PROSPECTS
The role of peasant farms in the development of modern agriculture is quite high. A study of the legal and organizational aspects of their functioning confirms that there are certain barriers to the development of agriculture, despite the fact that the state makes significant efforts and allocates sufficient resources. this situation, of course, indicates the relevance of developing prospects for the development of farms in our country. Based on the SNW analysis, the strengths and weaknesses of the functioning of farms have been systematized, as well as the opportunities and threats affecting their activities have been identified, and it has been established that today it is farmers who face uncertainty about their legal status, lack of targeted assistance and restrictions on sales markets. These and other barriers affect the efficiency of farmers and limit their development. Based on the conducted research, it can be concluded that there is a need for a comprehensive rethink of approaches to the development of farms, focusing on adjusting the legal framework, creating conditions for the career growth of young people and synchronizing interaction between all participants in the agricultural sector. In addition, it is noted that the creation of a stable and effective farm support system is an important task for ensuring food security and sustainable agricultural development in Russia.
