ANALYSIS OF CHEMICAL REACTION ON A COUPLE STRESS DOUBLE-DIFFUSIVE PARTICLE FLUID

A computational analysis for the combined convective transfer in a couple stress particle fluid with the chemical reaction of first order is carried out to understand and control reactions that are crucial in optimizing the fluidized bed reactor and product yield. The governing equations obtained are transformed to a simultaneous equation with the help of similarity variables. These equations are then solved numerically with the aid of the Runge-Kutta-Fehlberg method of fourth and fifth order. The sensitivity of the parameters is understood through the graphs. The outcome of this present study is found to be on par with available literature in the absence of magnetic parameter, couple stress, and chemical reaction.
