The military educational process had an interactive character, involving students in research activities and the elaboration of literary works inspired by national themes, traditions, folklore, etc. The intended educational objectives were achieved through cultural, scientific and didactic events, but also through the drafting of publications that publicized them. The literary journal Flamuri published by the “Regele Ferdinand I” Military High School, represented a context for promoting talented military students, being also the expression of the performance of young people in various fields such as: science, literature, sport, culture, etc. At the same time, this journal was an institutional framework with a cultural and scientific content, as a faithful expression of the educational policies of the time.
