ALGORITHM FOR EXPERT ASSESSMENT FOR MINIMIZING RISKS OF NON-CONFORMITY IN THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The authors consider methods and criteria, factors for optimizing the management of the nomenclature of leather and shoe products with augmented consumer demand. Based on the description of which procedures and appropriate resources, when and by whom should be applied to the production of an expanding competitive range of leather and shoe production, an algorithm for expert assessment of risk minimization in the quality management system is proposed. In order to minimize the risks of competitiveness of basic and customized shoe models, an algorithm for developing quality plans is presented.
