DIAGNOSIS OF THE ORGANIZATION STATE IN TERMS OF ITS DEVELOPMENT CRISIS

In order to draw reasonable conclusions about the anti-crisis potential of the organization, this article considers and proposes a comprehensive approach to diagnosing crises in organizational development as a system of retrospective, operational and prospective target analysis aimed at identifying signs of a crisis, assessing the threat of bankruptcy or overcoming the crisis. Such a diagnostic approach makes it possible to take timely, comprehensive and scientifically sound measures to prevent the occurrence of a crisis (or if the crisis has already occurred) and find ways to overcome it with minimal losses. Diagnosis of a crisis situation in an organization is an important stage in the process of managing an organization. Abstract
