Large-area growth of Mo 2 C thin films and MXene structures <i>via</i> the PVD–CVD hybrid technique

MXenes are 2D materials with high conductivity and strength. In this study, hybrid PVD–CVD techniques were used to fabricate a homogeneous Mo 2 C–MXene thin film.
