Methods of teaching and preparing higher education institutions to ensure students' readiness to implement new methods in schools
The article analyzes modern approaches to the training of future teachers in higher education institutions amid educational reforms. It examines the effectiveness of interactive teaching methods such as training sessions, project-based learning, case studies, simulation of educational situations, and school internships. The importance of integrating digital technologies, student-centered learning, critical thinking, creativity, and self-education is emphasized. The need to transform the traditional teaching model in line with the requirements of the New Ukrainian School and the Bologna Process is substantiated. Key barriers to innovation are identified, including resistance to change among educators, institutional inertia, and entrenched pedagogical stereotypes. Based on research by Ukrainian scholars, the article demonstrates that a combination of blended learning, digital tools, and practical training ensures the development of teachers’ professional readiness for transformative educational practices. Practical recommendations are offered to improve the methodological training of students in pedagogical specialties through innovative educational technologies.
