Conditionality and significance of the development of maximum strength and coordination of movement in schoolchildren in the process of engagement in various types of sports
The article conducts a theoretical analysis and studies the experience of coaches and specialists in various sports, showing the role and place of strength and coordination of movements in motor achievements. The factors that determine the maximum strength accuracy of movements are outlined, the content of motor loads in the process of developing strength and accuracy of movements is revealed. A definition of the concept of maximum force accuracy is proposed and its difference from force and spatial accuracy is shown. The types of physical exercises are characterized, where maximum strength accuracy is important for achieving the result. The patterns of development of maximum strength accuracy of those involved in various sports are determined. The need to study the physiological and sex-age patterns of the simultaneous manifestation of strength and accuracy of movements is substantiated. Taking into account the instability of the manifestation of maximum strength accuracy of movements, the importance of studying the morphofunctional and mental characteristics of the body of schoolchildren as its prognostic markers, determining the methodological features of its development in school-age children is confirmed.
