Interdisciplinary approach to the study of motor activity: anatomy, physiology and biochemistry in sports training

In the current context of the development of sports science and the increasing demands for the effectiveness of training processes, the application of an interdisciplinary approach to the study of motor activity is highly relevant. The article presents a comprehensive investigation of human motor processes from the perspectives of three fundamental sciences — anatomy, physiology, and biochemistry. The results of recent studies in the fields of sports physiology, sports medicine, and muscle activity biochemistry are presented, demonstrating the effectiveness of integrating scientific knowledge into coaching practice. The authors emphasize the necessity of a deep understanding of the structure and function of the musculoskeletal system, the mechanisms of neuromuscular interaction, the adaptive processes of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, as well as the energy pathways that support muscle activity. Special attention is given to molecular and biochemical changes that occur in muscle tissue under physical loads of varying intensity and duration. The importance of an interdisciplinary approach to the development of training programs tailored to the individual characteristics of athletes is substantiated. The study proves that effective sports training should be based on the synthesis of knowledge from related scientific fields, allowing for more accurate prediction of an athlete's response to training loads, optimization of the training process, and reduction of the risk of overtraining and injury. This approach enables the creation of individualized training programs that take into account anatomical and physiological characteristics, the level of physical development, biochemical indicators, and the specific goals of the athlete.
