Results:The mean total score of well-being increased immediately after the intervention compared to before, in all groups (p=0.006).Results showed a significant difference in the well-being score between two times, before and immediately after education (P=0.004), and also before and one month after education(P=0.016).Although the well-being score increased immediately after education in all groups, the score decreased one month after education among web-based groups. Conclusion: Health education through web-based and booklet methods effectively promoted the psychological well-being of menopausal women. It seems implementing any of these methods in the care and support program of menopausal women seems helpful.
