Agile methodology as a way of project management

This article defines the importance of project management as a part of the organization’s management system, as well as highlights its features and attributes. Within the framework of project management, various approaches to their implementation are considered and the most flexible of them is highlighted – the Agile methodology. Its relevance and significance lies in the fact that it allows you to focus on flexibility, continuous improvements, as well as team interaction, that is, to improve the project even in the process of its implementation. The purpose of the work is to study the specifics of using Agile methodology as a way of project management.
