Investigating Crucial Factors Influencing Employees’ Productivity in Klang Industrial Area of Malaysia

Productivity is built on the foundation of cooperation and passion for fulfilling the shared vision of the company. The workers are usually treated based on their efficiency. Employee productivity is very important for company productivity to be built outstandingly. In advance, once the company focuses on improving employee performance, higher levels of employee productivity will provide an organization and its employees with various privileges. Most of the early studies were circled upon job satisfaction, whereas other crucial factors like the relationships between supervision, quality circle, work environment, physical ability and so on can also help improve employee’s productivity in the organization. To understand factors influencing employees’ productivity in the Klang industrial area, there were many researchers who did their research. This research aims to investigate the crucial factors affecting employees’ productivity in the Klang industrial area of Malaysia. To accomplish this purpose, the secondary data collection using an extensive literature review has been performed. The results revealed several factors influencing employees’ productivity which are being discussed in this paper. This study will help employers and other researchers to understand and conceptualize the factors of employee productivity in the Klang industrial area.
