Exploration and Reflections on the Collaborative Education of Party Building and Ideological-Political Education in Agricultural Vocational Colleges
The integration of Party building and ideological-political education is a vital approach to enhancing the quality of talent cultivation in vocational colleges. This paper explores the necessity of such collaboration and analyzes the in-trin-sic connection and foundational synergy between Party building and ide-ologi-cal-political education in agricultural vocational institutions. It identifies exist-ing challenges and proposes collaborative education strategies. By devel-oping unique platforms such as “Field-based Ideological-Political Classrooms,” “Sci-ence and Technology Commissioners,” and the “Farming-Reading+” curric-ulum, the study innovatively integrates Party education into agricultural spe-cialties. Initiatives such as delivering Party lectures in the fields and embedding ideo-logical-political content into professional training have fostered a new ed-uca-tional ecosystem characterized by the integration of classrooms and farm-lands, knowledge and values, skills and responsibilities. This provides a valuable ref-erence for promoting the synergy between Party building and ideolo-gi-cal-political education in agricultural vocational colleges.
