Deep Learning based Crop Yield Prediction Model for Optimizing Agriculture Productivity and Food Security
Increasing agricultural productivity and guaranteeing food security, particularly in light of climate change and a growing world population, depend on accurate crop yield forecasting. This research proposes A Crop Yield Prediction Model Based on Deep Learning designed to optimize agricultural outcomes by leveraging large-scale, heterogeneous datasets, including climatic conditions, soil properties, remote sensing images, and historical yield records. The model employs advanced designs like Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) can capture intricate temporal-spatial relationships influencing crop productivity. According to experimental results, the suggested model performs noticeably more accurate in terms of forecasting and robustness as opposed to conventional machine learning techniques. By providing precise and timely yield forecasts, this approach empowers farmers, policymakers, and agribusinesses in order to allocate resources in an informed manner, crop selection, as well as risk management. The integration of deep learning into crop yield prediction thus offers a promising pathway toward sustainable agriculture and resilient food systems.
