Comprehensive evaluation model of insurance policies based on grid method and entropy weight method
In contemporary society, precise evaluation of regional risks is paramount for effective decision-making and resource allocation. However, conventional methods frequently exhibit deficiencies in terms of objectivity and accuracy. This paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation model that integrates the grid method and entropy weight method. The model constructs a risk index model by quantifying indicators such as meteorological, geological, and safety awareness factors, and uses multiple linear regression to model the growth rate. Additionally, we employed the grid method to analyze regional differences and established a comprehensive protection model to assess the value and cost of buildings. We validated the model using data from Gansu Province in China and Australia, demonstrating its high accuracy and applicability. Finally, sensitivity analysis revealed that our proposed model exhibits good stability and reliability, providing novel methods and ideas.
