Research on Carbon Emission Derivatives Pricing Based on the Improved Black-Scholes Model
In order to improve the accuracy of carbon emission derivatives pricing, a pricing model based on the modified Black-Scholes model is established by introducing market volatility, jump risk and other characteristics. On this basis, the proposed new method can effectively reduce the volatility of stock prices, thus better reflecting the actual market conditions. It shows stronger adaptability and accuracy and provides a more effective pricing reference for carbon market participants.
