Research on the Application of Internet of Things Technology in Food Traceability System

The food traceability system has become particularly important with the growing number of food safety issues. Technologies including precision sensors, wireless communication, etc. are utilized to achieve data collection, transmission and supervision throughout the entire flow process of food production, circulation and consumption, which provides a strong technical guarantee for food safety.
