Study on Chemical Composition of Lily Extract Based on UPLC-MS/MS
This study analyzed the chemical composition of lily concentrate extracted by ultrasound using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology. 29 compound components were obtained through LC-MS analysis, including 5 types of saponins such as dioscin and salidroside, 5 types of sugars such as glucose and sucrose, 5 types of phenolic acids such as ferulic acid and cinnamic acid, 3 types of flavonoids such as quercetin, 3 types of alkaloids such as berberine, 3 types of amino acids such as arginine, peptides and their derivatives, 2 types of natural vitamins such as niacinamide, as well as other substances such as citric acid, caffeoyl putrescine, and phytosphingosine. This study enriches the existing data on the chemical composition of lily extract and provides a scientific basis for the research and utilization of lily extract.
