Research on Risk Assessment Algorithm Model for Investment Execution of 10 kV and Below Power Grid Infrastructure Projects
There are a large number and variety of infrastructure projects for power grids of 10 kV and below, making it difficult to predict project risks. There is a lack of quantitative tools for predicting investment execution risks, which makes it difficult to timely locate and warn of anomalies in the investment execution process. This article is based on the characteristics of the continuation, new construction, and expected new construction projects of 10 kV and below power grid infrastructure. By fully utilizing project investment, construction, and accounting data, a risk assessment algorithm model for investment execution of 10 kV and below power grid infrastructure projects is constructed to predict project investment execution risks in real time, screen risk projects for cause analysis, and provide typical experience for preventing project investment execution risks.
