This text seeks to show from bibliographic research that School Management with Community Partnerships can produce good results. Partnerships that will become an educational trend when well structured. To this end, the school manager must promote actions that attract these partnerships. These partnerships can happen to former employees such as former directors, ex-teacher (retired), former students who now have technical or licensed training. With municipal entities (Guardianship Council, Social Assistance, Health post) that can promote lectures and studies. With universities and colleges. With institutions offering technical courses. With local commerce, etc. Anyway the school in the management of the school manager can provide all these educational partnerships. Involving diverse sectors of the community in favor of the process of teaching and learning. And in school the school manager should seek the engagement of the whole school community with the partnerships and their projects for the production of knowledge.
