Analysis and Optimization of Rehabilitation Training Effects for Lumbar Disc Herniation Based on Sports Biomechanics

This study explored the therapeutic effects of different rehabilitation training programs on lumbar disc herniation, and verified its effect optimization through experimental simulation. First, a mechanical model of lumbar disc herniation was established, and the effects of different exercise modes on lumbar pressure and repair process were analyzed. By designing a variety of personalized rehabilitation training programs, and optimizing them in combination with exercise intensity and frequency, the effects of different programs were simulated using simulation algorithms. In the experimental simulation, the quantitative data of lumbar load changes, recovery speed and pain reduction were compared and analyzed for two main training programs (static and dynamic training). The results show that the dynamic training program has significant advantages over the static program in terms of pressure distribution uniformity and recovery speed. The simulation data show that the lumbar disc pressure in the dynamic training group decreased by 15.6% and the recovery time was shortened by 22.4%. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the rehabilitation of lumbar disc herniation and provide a reference for the design of personalized treatment programs in the future.
