Research on the Spatial Differentiation Characteristics and Optimization Strategies of Tourism in Yanchuan, Shaanxi under the Background of Cultural and Tourism Integration
The development of rural tourism is inseparable from the integration of cultural and tourism policies and the practice of the rural revitalization strategy. This study consolidates rural tourism data points to organize and categorize tourism resources in Yanchuan County, obtaining resource distribution coordinates. Using data analysis methods within ArcGIS, we examine the spatial differentiation characteristics of these resources and propose optimization strategies for tourism development in suitable areas based on the analysis results. The findings reveal that: (1) The overall distribution of scenic spots in Yanchuan County demonstrates a pattern of "central concentration, northern and southern dispersion," closely related to the region's terrain and transportation network; (2) The spatial structure of tourism resources in Yanchuan County has formed three core clusters, located in Yongping, Chengguan, and Qianquwan areas. A primary core zone emerges at the intersection of Yanchuan County and Wenanyi Town, with secondary cores in Yongping Town and Qianquwan; (3) Various tourism resources in the county show a northwest-to-southeast distribution, aligning with the concentrated distribution of natural landscapes and historical-cultural resources along the Yellow River; (4) In terms of resource accessibility, the central region exhibits the highest accessibility, with east-west accessibility superior to north-south, mainly influenced by terrain and transport routes, while the northern and southern fringe areas display lower accessibility.
