Study on the Impact of Transmission and Distribution Tariffs under Different Scales of Distributed Energy Resources Development
The rapid development of distributed energy resources has profoundly changed the power system structure, brought new challenges to grid investment decision-making, and significantly affected the formation mechanism of transmission and distribution tariffs. This paper applies the system dynamics method to construct a model of grid investment affecting transmission and distribution prices, and analyzes the dynamic evolution and sensitivity of investment strategies to transmission and distribution prices. The results show that a reasonable investment strategy can control the growth of transmission and distribution price while guaranteeing the stability of the power grid, which provides theoretical support for optimizing the power grid investment decision.
