Construction and Empirical Application of Organizational Efficiency Evaluation Technology for Provincial and Municipal Power Grid Enterprises

With the requirement of new power system on efficiency of the organizational structure of of power grid enterprises, there is no ready-made evaluation model for power grid enterprises to directly reference and use when evaluating the operational efficiency of organizational structure. This study focuses on the strategic requirements, business characteristics, organizational status, and future development needs of provincial and municipal power grid enterprises, and constructs an organizational efficiency evaluation technology that adapts to the strategy to evaluate the organizational efficiency and talent efficiency potential in the construction of new power systems. Firstly, the evaluation dimensions, indicators of the organizational effectiveness of provincial and municipal power grid enterprises are constructed. attribute entropy, maximum discrete entropy, and sensitivity definition formula. Secondly, an evaluation index system and evaluation method for the organizational efficiency of power grid enterprises is constructed, and selected typical enterprises as research objects to conduct empirical research and diagnose the problems and shortcomings of typical enterprises in organizational structure operation.
