Regional Attractiveness Measurement Evaluation of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration under the Background of Population Contraction

区域竞争力是一个区域为其自身发展对资源的吸引力和市场的争夺力。本文以长株潭区域为例，从经济、社会和生态三方面构建了城镇吸引力的指标体系，利用空间统计分析的方法识别其城镇吸引力的空间结构和地域类型。结果表明：经济吸引力与综合吸引力呈现出高度正相关特征，空间分布呈现出以长沙市主城区为中心，吸引力逐层降低；社会吸引力分布特征不明显，与经济吸引力大致呈现出负相关的特征；生态吸引力呈现出南北两侧高，中部低的分布特征。总体上，长沙市城区的综合吸引力高于湘潭市和株洲市。针对以上评价结果，各区县应因地制宜，通过调整产业结构等方式，增强区域的综合吸引力。Regional competitiveness is the force that can support the long-term survival and development of a region, and the attraction of resources and the competitiveness of the market for the development of a region for its own development. Taking the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area as an example, this paper analyzes the connotation of urban attractiveness from economic and social aspects, and constructs an index system of urban attractiveness from both economic and social aspects. The results show that there is a high positive correlation between economic attractiveness and comprehensive attractiveness, and the spatial distribution shows that the attractiveness is centered on the main urban area of Changsha City, and the attractiveness decreases layer by layer. The distribution characteristics of social attractiveness are not obvious, and the characteristics of economic attractiveness are generally negatively correlated. The ecological attraction is characterized by high on both sides and low in the middle. In general, the comprehensive attractiveness of the main urban area of Changsha is higher than that of Xiangtan and Zhuzhou. In view of the above evaluation results, all districts and counties should take measures according to local conditions and enhance the comprehensive attractiveness of the districts and counties by adjusting the industrial structure.
