Research on the Talent Development Mechanism and Pathway for Business English Professionals in the Context of Cross-Border E-Commerce Boom—A Comprehensive Talent Cultivation Framework Based on Dynamic Feedback and Cultural Adaptation

跨境电商的快速发展推动了对商务英语复合型人才的需求增长。本研究设计了一个融合语言能力、技能培养与文化适应的三维培养体系，并通过动态反馈机制确保人才培养与行业需求的高度契合。针对当前商务英语教育中理论教学比重过大以及校企合作不足的问题，研究提出基于OBE理念优化课程结构，重点开发跨境数字贸易实务、直播场景英语应用等实践导向课程。同时，研究还深入探讨了直播话术的跨文化翻译策略及反馈机制的设计方法，以满足不同文化市场的实际需求。最后，研究建议高校与企业协同合作，通过组建“双师型”教师队伍、搭建实训平台以及共建人才储备库等方式，全面提升商务英语人才的专业素养与实战能力，从而更好地服务于跨境电商行业的长远发展。The rapid development of cross-border e-commerce has intensified the demand for interdisciplinary business English professionals. This study constructs a three-dimensional cultivation system integrating linguistic competence, skill development, and cultural adaptability, supported by dynamic feedback mechanisms to ensure alignment with industry requirements. Addressing current educational deficiencies including excessive theoretical instruction and insufficient industry-academia collaboration, we propose optimizing curriculum architecture through OBE (Outcome-Based Education) philosophy, prioritizing practice-oriented courses such as Practical Cross-border Digital Trade and Live Streaming English Application. The research systematically examines cross-cultural translation strategies for live streaming discourse and feedback mechanism design methodologies tailored to diverse cultural markets. Finally, we advocate establishing collaborative mechanisms between academia and enterprises through dual-qualification teaching teams, practical training platforms, and talent reserve pools, thereby comprehensively enhancing professionals’ expertise and operational capabilities to better serve the sustainable growth of cross-border e-commerce.
