Concept of Beejasuddhi in Ayurveda and its role in preventing congenital disorders

The concept of Beejasuddhi purification of reproductive tissues is deeply embedded in Ayurvedic philosophy as a foundation for healthy conception and progeny. It evaluates Samskaras, herbal Rasayanas, Panchakarma regimens, and dietary modifications through a combination of Ayurvedic scripture and contemporary medical literature, aiming to reestablish the importance of preconception wellness in mitigating congenital disorders.
