New Progress of Research on Vaccines against <i>Acinetobacter baumannii</i>

鲍曼不动杆菌是引起医院获得性感染的重要机会致病菌之一，随着多重耐药及广泛耐药菌的不断出现，其临床治疗面临严峻挑战。近年来，国内外学者对鲍曼不动杆菌疫苗的研制进行了不少探索，为其免疫治疗提供了新的思路。本文通过总结鲍曼不动杆菌灭活全菌体疫苗、外膜囊泡疫苗、重组蛋白亚单位疫苗、荚膜多糖疫苗、DNA疫苗及疫苗佐剂的最新研制成果，对鲍曼不动杆菌抗菌疫苗现状做阐述、分析及前景展望。Acinetobacter baumannii (AB) is one of the main opportunistic pathogens causing nosocomial infection. With the rapid emergence of multi-drug and pan-drug resistant strains, its clinical treatment encounters significant challenges. Numerous scholars try to explore and develop vaccine in control of AB infection, including inactived whole cell vaccine, out membrane vesicles vaccine, recombinant protein subunit vaccine, capsular polysaccharide candidate vaccine, DNA vaccine and adjuvant. In this paper, the current situation of various vaccines for AB is reviewed, so as to elaborate on the prospects of their development.
