Enhanced redox cycling of Fe<i>y</i>O by Cr-doping over oxygen electrode for rechargeable zinc–air batteries
The carbon-based bimetallic oxide catalyst (Cr<i>x</i>O-Fe<i>y</i>O/NC) synthesized by calcination method achieves excellent oxygen electrocatalytic activity through the electronic effect of the Cr-Fe interface, with an ORR half-wave potential of 0.89 V and a low overpotential of 351 mV at 50 mA cm-2 under OER.
