Analisis systematic literature review: Hubungan antara adversity quotient dan depresi

Mental health is a crucial aspect of human well-being, but often receives less attention than infectious diseases, especially in developing countries. Depression, as one of the most common mental disorders, has a significant impact on the quality of life of individuals, families and communities. This study aims to explore the relationship between Adversity Quotient (AQ) and depression through a systematic literature review analysis of relevant literature. Using Scopus and PubMed databases, 11 journals published in the last five years were identified and analyzed. The results showed that depression is a central theme in the literature and is closely related to various factors, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, physical activity and quality of life. The findings confirm the importance of a holistic approach in understanding mental health, taking into account social, psychological and environmental factors. This research contributes to academic studies by identifying significant correlations and research gaps that can form the basis for further studies. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of clinical interventions and health policies that are more effective in improving mental health.
