Crystal structure and Hirshfeld surface analysis of (<i>E</i>)-2-cyano-<i>N</i>′-(3,4,5-trimethoxybenzylidene)acetohydrazide
In the title compound, C<sub>13</sub>H<sub>15</sub>N<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub>, the 2-cyano-<i>N</i>'-methyl-ideneacetohydrazide moiety and the trimeth-oxy phenol ring form a dihedral angle of 13.8 (1)°. Inter-molecular N-H⋯O and C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds are observed. The inter-molecular inter-actions were qu-anti-fied and analysed using Hirshfeld surface analysis, revealing that H⋯H inter-actions contribute most to the crystal packing (38.3%).
