A metal-free molecular pyroelectric material with strong pyro-photovoltaic coupling for enhancing self-powered X-ray response

We report metal-free pyroelectric materials with tunable pyroelectric via molecular design. The top candidate enables self-powered X-ray detection through photo-pyroelectric effects. This work advances the development of optoelectronic materials.
