Research on the evaluation model of physical education talent training under the background of building a strong country through education

Objective: This paper explores the evaluation model of physical education professional talent training through structural equation model. A total of 1,215 questionnaires were distributed and 1,095 valid questionnaires were collected. Results: (1) The total Cronbach's alpha of the scale was 0.847, and the estimated value of CMIN/DF of the scale was 2.122. The RMSEH value is 0.075, and the reliability and data fit of the scale are good; (2) a scale consisting of teacher ethics, education. The eight factors include Education sentiment, subject literacy, teaching ability, class guidance, Ability to educate people, learning to reflect and communicate and cooperate. (3) The application of the model resulted in the Shandong Provincial. The comprehensive score of talent training in physical education in the province was the highest, and the comprehensive score in 2021 was the lowest. Conclusion: The talent cultivation evaluation model for education majors provides a new method for talent cultivation evaluation in the construction of an education power. After improvement, it can be applied to more talent training and evaluation.
