Circuit breaker mechanism for sports events: Theoretical basis, action mechanism and optimization path

Clarifying the theoretical basis and mechanism of circuit breaker in sports events has become one of the key problems to be solved urgently in improving the risk management system of sports events. At present, the core problem of the circuit breaker mechanism of sports events is that the heavy institutional management lacks technical specifications, and heavy "circuit breaker" ignores the possibility of melting and continuous. These problems will lead to fuzziness of circuit breaker management and uncertainty of execution in the practice of sports event management. Therefore, by combining relevant policy texts and event practice, the theoretical basis and mechanism of sports events are deeply analyzed, and the optimization path of circuit breaker mechanism for sports events is proposed.
